1. Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions shall apply to any and all orders placed via the online shop.
2. Contracting parties, contract conclusion
The purchasing contract will be concluded with Biker Outfit Schleswig GmbH.
The presentation of the products in the online shop shall constitute no legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. In the first instance, you may put our products into the shopping cart without any obligation and correct your entries at any time prior to sending off your binding order by using any correction helps designated and explained for this purpose during the ordering process. With clicking on the order button, you will place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Receipt of your order will be confirmed by email immediately after sending off the order.
The time of the contract coming into effect shall be subject to your payment method selected:

The language available for concluding any orders will be English
We will store the contract text and send you the order details as well as our General Terms and Conditions by email. For security reasons, the contract text will no longer be available via the Internet.
4. Terms of delivery
The shipping charges shall be added to the product prices indicated. Any further information with regard to the amount of the shipping charges can be found in the presentation of the products offered.
There will generally be the option of collection from Biker Outfit Schleswig GmbH, Schubystr. 142, 24837 Schleswig, Germany during the following opening hours: 10,00 a.m. – 06,00 p.m.

You shall directly pay the purchasing price to the delivery agent. Additional costs of EUR 7.00 will incur.

When selecting PayPal as payment method, you shall be registered with them or shall register with them at first for paying the invoice amount, and shall legitimate yourself by way of your access data. The payment transaction will automatically be effected by PayPal immediately upon confirmation of the payment order. Any further details will be available during the ordering process.
When selecting payment by credit card as payment method, no registration with PayPal will be required in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be effected immediately upon confirmation of the payment order and your legitimation as a rightful card owner through your credit card company upon request by PayPal and your card will be charged accordingly. Any further details will be available during the ordering process.
When selecting direct debit as payment method, no registration with PayPal will be required in order to pay the invoice amount. With confirming the payment order, you will give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the date of the bank debit (so-called prenotification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment order, PayPal will request its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be effected and your account will be debited. Any further details will be available during the ordering process.
When selecting payment against invoice as payment method, no registration with PayPal will be required in order to pay the invoice amount. After successful address validation and credit assessment and order placement we will assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, payment can solely be effected to PayPal in discharge of any debt. For any payment transactions via PayPal the General Terms and Conditions as well as the data protection declaration of PayPal shall apply – in addition to our General Terms and Conditions. 6. Retention of title
The goods shall remain our property until payment has been received in full.
