SAS-TEC®
Protectors with highest shock absorption values and best wearing comfort, joint protectors meet the EN-1621-1: 2012, the back protectors the EN 1621-2: 2014.
Dimensionally stable with memory effect:
After the impact of external forces, the foam soon returns to its original shape.
More impact-resistant: In contrast to many other damping materials, the foams of SAS-TEC are more impact-resistant. That means: the protectors are reusable after fall.
Lightweight: The density of the SAS-TEC foam is around 280 g / l, hard shell protectors weigh about 1050 g / l.
Adapted damping behavior: The air trapped in the cells of the foam causes progressive damping. The damping performance increases proportionally with the force effects that occur at high speed.
Environmentally sound: The raw material for foam production is partly made from renewable raw materials. The disposal of the protectors can be done easily on the household waste.
Long service life: Some protector manufacturers only spend two to three years on their products - the service life of the SAS-TEC foam is around ten years.
Temperature-resistant: Thanks to a special mixture, SAS-TEC foam is temperature-resistant up to around 100 degrees Celsius.
Best wearing comfort: Due to high elasticity of the foam
Hand washable: The water absorption is less than 1%, the protectors can therefore be washed by hand without hesitation.
Humax®
Humax® is a polyurethane climate membrane. Countless pores (1.4 billion by 1 cm2) prevent the large raindrop from penetrating (water column 10,000 mm); but the small water vapor molecules of body moisture can escape. The Humax® moisture protection thus keeps the body dry from the outside and inside and at the same time warm all around.
