InteriorThe Coolmax® interior is designed for a safe and comfortable fit of the helmet. The fabrics are quick drying - washable and antibacterial. The seamless head padding and the integrated goggle channel ensure maximum comfort. A high air circulation through multi-channel ventilation creates additional cooling for the helmet wearer. Of course, the interior is Oeko-Tex 100 certified, removable and washable.

The unique production method of helmet shells at SCHUBERTH enables low weight with optimal stability. Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) is an innovation from SCHUBERTH. An endless glass thread is cut into pieces by a robot and blown into a mold. This preform is baked under high pressure in a heatable mold with the addition of a precisely defined amount of resin to form a helmet shell with exceptional strength.
A multi-part construction of the inner shell enables a high level of force to be absorbed and ensures greater safety.
