The Sena Impulse offers an unparalleled sound experience with SOUND by Harman Kardon. The speakers and microphone were developed by the audio experts at Harman Kardon for premium sound in the helmet. The internal construction has been optimized for harmonious soundproofing of the SOUND by Harman Kardon loudspeakers. The precisely positioned premium speakers and the internal acoustic design in combination with the new microphone make the Impulse sound experience incomparable. The speakers deliver crystal-clear sound to the driver's ears, while the microphone with a newly developed sensor ensures reliable communication while driving.

EQUIPPED WITH MESH AND BLUETOOTH COMMUNICATION
The Impulse features both mesh and Bluetooth intercom platforms, that allow users to connect to virtually any Sena headset. Ensuring stable and reliable connections and flexible routing of intercom signals, Mesh Intercom offers exceptional levels of intercom audio quality with two mesh modes: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom™ and Group Mesh Intercom™.
Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) is the industry's first intercom channel system. As with traditional CB radios, Open Mesh mode allows the user to switch between nine channels. Open Mesh activates with just a push of a button to connect to the intercom network and supports a virtually unlimited number of users within an expandable range of up to 8km (minimum 6 riders spaced 1.6km apart).
For private group conversations, the Impulse offers Group Mesh Intercom mode. Group Mesh supports a single, private group for up to 24 participants and offers the same range as Open Mesh. To ensure privacy, only invited users can join the group mesh chat.
Classic four-way Bluetooth intercom is still an option for connecting Impulse with other Sena Bluetooth users. And finally, with an Impulse helmet, you can connect to a Sena Bluetooth user and act as a bridge between them and a Group Mesh.
HIGH SECURITY AND VERSATILE FEATURES
One of the many characteristics of the Impulse is as LED rear light. The ECE-certified Impulse features a comfortable, modular design and a lightweight fiberglass composite shell. The ventilation system with four air inlets ensures a constant air flow. The helmet is equipped with a retractable sun visor that protects the driver from excessive glare. The Impulse is Pinlock® ready and a Pinlock® anti-fog lens is included. The ratchet strap keeps the helmet comfortably and securely in place while riding.
BUILT-IN VOICE COMMANDS
Voice commands allow the rider to control helmet functions without having to take their hands off the handlebars, so that, for example, a voice command can be used to answer a phone call or the Mesh -Intercom can be turned on. Voice commands are supported in 8 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Russian.
Access to the smartphone's digital assistants allows Impulse to connect and respond to the Google Assistant and Apple's Siri via voice commands access functions of your smartphone. Just say "Hey Siri" or "Hey Google"! Out of fuel. Please give me directions to the nearest gas station".
NEW MAGNETIC POGO CHARGING PORT
With the Impulse we are introducing a new charging system that works via a magnetic pogo connection. The new charging port , located on the back of the helmet, is securely sealed so the connector is protected even during a rain ride.Impulse also features built-in WiFi circuitry to automatically update firmware while charging.Talk time is up to 10 seconds hours when using Mesh Intercom™ and up to 18 hours when using Bluetooth Intercom.
SENA MOTORCYCLE APP
The new Sena Motorcycles App offers users the ability to manage the settings of their Impulse Configure Helms visually Download the app to customize Impulse’s settings and features, so you can e.g e manage the channel settings for Open Mesh, set up a private group for Group Mesh or control the LED taillight via the Sena Motorcycles app. The Sena Motorcycles app is of course available in the App Store or in the Google Play shop.
