"IDEAL" Construction Technology
The "perfect" construction process is a manual design process, that ensures the comfort, strength and flexibility of the shoes through a completely traditional manufacturing process. The leather upper consists of interconnected outer edges that are pressed into a special midsole that is stitched vertically. The thread used, which used to be cotton, was then replaced with nylon or plastic and dipped into a specially designed teapot filled with melted resin to ensure that the thread and hole were completely sealed. The result is high-quality footwear that is prestigious and durable.
