Most helmet manufacturers "sacrifice" the material of the Styrofoam core in the area of the inner visor. That means a big loss of security. Shoei retains the same dimensions of the EPS core in a helmet with an internal visor as in a helmet without an internal visor. Thus, Shoei can guarantee the same security.
