The materials of the Modeka Eloy
Humax®
Humax® is a polyurethane climate membrane. Countless pores (1.4 billion by 1 cm2) prevent the large raindrop from penetrating (water column 10,000 mm); but the small water vapor molecules of body moisture can escape. The Humax® moisture protection thus keeps the body dry from the outside and inside and at the same time warm all around.
3M Scotchlite ™
At dusk and in the dark, 3M Scotchlite ™ significantly improves the visibility of motorcyclists. Scotchlite ™ Reflective Materials have an open, wide-angle retroreflective system of catadioptric glass beads. Other reflective materials require direct incident light to function because of their construction. Scotchlite ™ emits light, even when not directly incident, brilliantly white and tightly bundled back to the light source. Silver Scotchlite ™ surpasses even the highest European standards in simulated heavy rainfall.
